Sentica sells Hammas Hohde to Terveystalo

Sentica Buyout V Ky and Sentica Buyout V Co-Investment Ky, funds managed by Sentica (together “Sentica”), have today signed an agreement with Terveystalo Healthcare Oy, a subsidiary of Terveystalo Plc (“Terveystalo”), concerning the sale and purchase of shares in Hohde Group Oy (“Hammas Hohde”). In the transaction Sentica’s funds and other current owners of Hammas Hohde sell their holdings in Hammas Hohde to Terveystalo at an enterprise value of EUR 88 million. The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
