Sentica divests its entire ownership in Huld

Funds managed by Sentica, Sentica Buyout V Ky and Sentica Buyout V Co-Investment Ky (together “Sentica”), have sold their entire ownership in RDV Holding Oy (“Huld Oy”) together with other shareholders to Gofore Plc. The transaction was announced on July 4, 2025, and received approval from the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) on August 14, 2025. The transaction was completed today, September 1, 2025.
