Coptersafety acquired by MML Keystone

Sentica Buyout IV Ky and Sentica Buyout IV Co-Investment Ky, funds managed by Sentica (together “Sentica”), today announce the divestment of 100% of their holdings in Coptersafety, the largest independent provider of helicopter full flight simulator pilot training in Europe, to MML Keystone. MML Keystone invests alongside the existing management team, which will continue to lead the business and retain a meaningful shareholding.
