The funds managed by Sentica, Sentica Buyout IV Ky and Sentica Buyout IV Co-Investment Ky (together “Sentica”), have sold all their holdings in Secto Topco Oy (“Secto Automotive”). Hartwall Capital Oy will become the company’s principal shareholder as a co-investor with Daleheart Oy, the investment company of Secto’s co-founder and Chairman of the Board, Matias Henkola.
The acquisition is signed on 30 August 2024.
