Kasvurahasto II Ky, a fund managed by Sentica, has sold Pivatic Oy and Ursviken Technology AB to Vaski Group Oy in two separate transactions. The sold companies were owned by Ursviken Holding Oy. After the acquisitions, Ursviken Holding Oy has no operational business.
The acquisitions of Pivatic and Ursviken Technology were signed in spring 2024 and early 2025, respectively.
